JMA is helping to develop Knowledge Management tools in partnership with the EZATECH Project

September 10 2021

The EZATECH Project (ZL-2023/000520) has been financed by the Programme of Financial Aid Supporting Business R&D - HAZITEK. This programme is co-financed by the Department of Economic Development and Infrastructures of the Regional Government of the Basque Country and the European Union through the 2021-2027 European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The EZATECH Project seeks to design and develop an innovative system based on Artificial Intelligence technologies for the Management of Knowledge tied to the life cycle of people at industrial companies (covering recruitment, training and generational succession).

This overarching goal requires collaboration from five separate entities: a benchmark education centre in the use of technology as part of its education model, AXULAR LIZEOA, whose purpose in the project is to validate the tool from within the world of education; a company engaged in the manufacture of keys for locks, ALEJANDRO ALTUNA S.A., whose purpose in the project is to validate the tool from within the world of industry; and a company with expertise in software development, applications and web design, ELKARMEDIA, as developers of the tool and the technology proposed in the EZATECH Project. The last two entities form part of the Basque Science, Technology and Innovation Network (RVCTI): firstly, ISEA S.COOP., which will be involved in defining the state of the art, the development of technological oversight and drawing up the operation plan; and, secondly, MONDRAGON GOI ESKOLA POLITEKNIKOA Jose Mª Arizmendiarreta S.Coop., for analysis of Knowledge Management needs in the fields of education and industry, as well as definition of the validation and evaluation method to be used when developing the pilot phase.
