JMA develops “HYPERION INDUSTRY 4.0” Industrial Research Project alongside Altuna Metal Works

In general terms, the third year of the “HYPERION INDUSTRY 4.0” Industrial Research Project seeks to develop solutions and apply them to industrial factory operations in the field of Automatic dimensional control and inspection technologies based on artificial sight and deep learning neural networks, as well as to develop a new innovative product consisting of Image Annotation and Planning Software supported by Big Data analysis, linking them to the hybrid model (New Technologies 4.0 + Lean Production Methods) and thereby providing a focus on innovation for the business transformation at JMA and AMW.
This venture is being supported by aid from the Basque government under the 2022 call for applications from the HAZITEK Business R&D Support Programme (File Nº ZL-2022-00392) being run by the Department of Economic Development and Infrastructures of the Regional Government of the Basque Country, which is partially funded through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
