JMA continues its digital transformation with the launch of two new e-commerce sites in France and Poland.

March 27 2023

This first step is a leap forward with the digitalisation process that JMA is undertaking worldwide.

In a future where everything is digital and shopping is done online, JMA restates its aim of creating an e-commerce option that offers its customers a fast and local shopping service.

This digital adaptation will take place gradually and involve all the subsidiaries where JMA has a presence. To date, France and Poland have been the first to launch the online store on their respective websites.

Real-time stock on the e-commerce site in France

JMA France was a pioneer in offering its customers the possibility to buy online through an online store integrated with the catalogue. This allows customers to see the net price of the product, after discounts have been applied, as well as up-to-date and real time stock availability.

By registering on the website, users can save as many references as they like as favourites and have access to their purchase history. In addition, customers can create their orders progressively, which will always be available - even after logging off from the website - until the purchase is validated. JMA France activated e-commerce in November and today a large number of customers use it to place their orders.

Poland, a more convenient and efficient shopping experience

The recent launch of the Polish subsidiary's e-commerce site at the beginning of March has been very well received by customers. In a constantly growing market, Poland has launched an online store focusing on B2B sales.

The online shopping platform will allow customers to access a wide range of products and solutions offered by JMA Polska, providing a more convenient and efficient shopping experience. It will also provide users with full information on product availability, so that in the event of a stock shortage, they will be notified when the item is available again.
